BLOCWARS Breaks the Ice with its First Meme Contest Starting on the 4th of Jan.!

Shush!! Don’t tell Onimaru about the prank that awaits him!!

If you like to have fun as much as we do, we bet your phone library has at least a couple of memes ready to pop up in case the situation requires it. Let’s be honest, they are the heart and soul of any fun conversation as only they possess the power of bringing life into the most boring conversations. Memes shape us and define our identity as a group, giving us things to laugh about, discuss and forge new friendships, just like Onimaru would!

We are a young and vibrant community, and we enjoy good jokes and having a great time with you. Therefore, we would like to let YOU be the maverick mastermind behind our best jokes and creative content, and let you depict Onimaru through your creative lenses, the best you can.

Creativity and fun should be the main ingredients of this challenge. However, there are a few tiny little steps you need to follow to fully qualify, but worry not, the winners will be awarded!

How to participate

• Follow the BLOCWARS official Twitter.
• Join the official BLOCWARS Discord server.
• Post your memes on Twitter alongside the @BLOCWARS tag.
• Fill in the form in the official Discord server and upload your work.

Ahem..ahem, we didn’t forget about the rewards! As for the winners, they will be the ones who have received the most votes by the end of the voting period. Our team will choose the most weird-looking of them for an extra award. Also, the top 10 most voted memes will be converted into our official channel memes!

Voting and timeline

The voting process will take place in our official Discord channel under the dedicated competition section. You will have to head over there and give scores to your favourite meme (or memes).

We will start collecting meme works on the 4th of January and close on the 14th of January at 12:00 PM UTC.

What you can win

• The most voted meme will win $100.
• The top 3 most voted memes will receive one Onimaru Bad Kid mystery box each.
• The weirdest meme selected by the team will also receive $100.
• The top most voted 10 memes will be selected to be the BLOCWARS’ official Discord memes.
• Surprise! We will draw 10 whitelist names amongst the participants, so don’t shy away from submitting your creative works to us!
