ONIMARU of Contemporary Art: Strategic Collaboration with Artist Shinsuke Ikeuchi

現代アートの未来を創り出すと共にデジタルエンターテイメントの新たな形を提案してきた「SWAGGA」が、現代アーティスト池内信介氏とのコラボレーションを発表しました。

SWAGGAのアイコン的IPであるONIMARUは、東京ガールズコレクションやNYLON JAPANなど、ファッションやエンターテインメント業界におけるSWAGGAの様々なパートナーとのコラボレーションしてきました。
そしてその象徴的存在である“ONIMARU”と、現代アーティスト池内信介氏とのコラボレーションから生まれたアートトイが発表されました。このアートトイは、伊勢丹新宿店 本館6階 アートギャラリーにて開催される「池内信介展」で展示されます。展示期間は2023年9月20日(水)から10月3日(火)まで。
伊勢丹新宿店本館のアートギャラリーは、独自の視点から国内外のアーティスト作品を取り上げ、毎回大きな話題を呼んでいます。今回も芸術家とテクノロジーの融合が生み出す新たなアート形式に期待が集まっています。
また、SWAGGAメタバースの中には、池内氏のデジタルアートギャラリーも展開予定です。SWAGGAはNFT販売を通じて池内氏のブロックチェーンを活用したデジタルアート活動を支援します。
「SWAGGA」はメタバース空間を通じて新たなエンターテイメントの形を追求してきました。今回のコラボレーションもその一環であり、一人一人のユーザが自由に自己表現できる場を提供したいという願いから実現しました。今後も「SWAGGA」は、ユーザーの体験をより豊かにするため、さまざまなコンテンツとのコラボレーションを進めてまいります。

ONIMARU, the iconic IP of SWAGGA, has been involved in collaboration with various partners of SWAGGA in the fashion and entertainment industry, such as Tokyo Girls Collection and NYLON JAPAN.
The collaboration of ONIMARU and Shinsuke Ikeuchi featured an art toy combining the distinctive designs of ONIMARU and the representative works of the artist. This art toy is now exhibited at the Isetan Shinjuku Main Building, 6th Floor Art Gallery during the “Ikeuchi Shinsuke Exhibition”, scheduled from September 20, 2023 (Wednesday) to October 3, 2023 (Tuesday).
The Art Gallery at Isetan Shinjuku Main Building is well-known for showcasing artists’ works from both domestic and international perspectives, consistently sparking significant discussions. In this exhibition, there is high anticipation for the fusion of art and technology.
In addition to that above, SWAGGA will establish a digital art gallery for Shinsuke Ikeuchi in the metaverse. SWAGGA will support Ikeuchi’s blockchain-based digital art activities through NFT sales.
SWAGGA has been relentlessly pursuing new forms of entertainment through the metaverse. This collaboration is just one part of the commitment to providing users with a space where they can express themselves freely. In the future, SWAGGA will continue to explore collaborations and generate innovative content to enrich user experiences.
